Are you not getting the results you want from your team or business? Let’s create your ‘in flow’ team.
Are you leading a team or a business and experiencing the following:
You are not getting the results you expected from your team/ business
Your team is not working well together and seem to be playing their own game individually rather than collaborating
Your team is overwhelmed by change in market, new ways of working, a recent acquisition
You know you have a great team but they are not recognised by external stakeholders/ customers
You have a great team and want to understand how you can lead it and the business to more success
If this is you… then you are ready to Create Your In-Flow Team.
This six month program includes:
Listening Sessions
This is a key step to how I work. The listening process involves listening to
existing data (surveys, past feedback, team changes, org structure (now, previous & maybe future),
team homework which may include team and personal life lines
one to one with key or all team members
full team listening sessions.
In these sessions we will use a variety of tools to listen; imagery, body sculpting, fresh eyes, coaching models, meditation, system constellations… in order to understand the challenges to be addressed in the workshops.
The Issues - addressing the issues which are blocking Team Flow
Next we debrief what we have heard from the Listening Sessions and agree as a team which issues need to be addressed so that the team can Find its Flow. We will address these issues as a team over a number of workshops.
In each workshops we will continue to use some team coaching frameworks and non-conventional tools to bring the team to awareness and change, relying on solution driven minds, relationship building our voices, our bodies, both subconscious and conscious minds.
Typically issues which need to be resolved can include some or all of the below:
Roles and Responsibilities
Team relationships
Decision making
Meeting outcomes & culture
Strategy, Vision, Purpose
Goals & Objectives
Leader and team styles
Hybrid working
Overwhelm & Well-being
Maintaining the Flow
Your team may be more in flow after the listening session (awareness) or may get there after the workshops (more awareness and commitment to change) but it is unlikely that your team will sustain flow without regular check-in and feedback. As a team you will need to consider how to maintain your flow, how to call each other out and how to bring each other back on track. All programmes include 2-3 sessions for evaluation and review of the progress made and how to sustain your success (usually in 3 or 6 month increments).
Cost will be agreed based on size of team/teams; complexity of issues which will determine number of sessions required.
Typically fees range from €5,200 - € 9,500

“Finding Flow in Your Teams was an excellent exercise for us as a newly merged team. We came away with an aligned vision, goals and a clear set of actions which we were able to implement quickly due to the high level of team buy-in. We achieved our objective: to work more effectively as a team to better grow our global business.
Whilst the work was intense sometimes, the team enjoyed being challenged to think differently and everyone was given a chance to contribute, review and reflect. Elaine was an incisive and thought-provoking facilitator, ensuring every minute spent by the team at the workshops added real value. I thoroughly recommend her.”
