My team is stuck, things keep going wrong, feels like we are never getting that break, can you help me?
We all get stuck from time to time in life and that’s ok but the opportunity is to sit back, look at ourselves and work out what is blocking our flow. What’s getting in our way? is it ourselves? Are you micro managing your team? Are they in the right roles? Are they all equally committed? What lights up their life? Can that light come to work? Can they make decisions? Are there bottlenecks?

I know some of the issues within the team but I suspect not all, can you help me?
This is an insightful question as often a team will hide issues from their leader and more often than not the issue a team presents is not the issue but maybe a consequence of something different.
The listening sessions in my Finding Flow in your Team Programme will help you and your team become aware of the issues impacting the teams Flow and Performance.
What’s covered in the Finding Flow in Your Team Program?
There can be from 5 – 10 sessions, depending on the size of your team and the complexity of your organisation and issues raised by you and your team. We start with a context setting session, then some pre work so everyone gets involved, then some listening sessions, (awareness) on into workshops (the change needed) and the evaluation, feedback and review (implementation in the day to day). Are your programs face to face or online?
It can be all face to face, all online or a mixture of both. Personally I think a mix works best for impact and productivity.
How much is the Finding Flow in your Team Program?
We will discuss fees based on your requirements ( team size and complexity of issues split of 1:1 and group sessions etc.). Fees typically range between €5k – €10k.
I always work with clients to best match their needs with the budget available. As I want to make this programme accessible to as many teams as possible, you can pay in milestone instalments - on commitment, after the listening sessions after the workshops and during evaluation/implementation or on a monthly payment plan.
What type of results or outcomes can I expect from the team?

A team may be more in flow after the listening session (awareness) or may get there after the workshops ( more awareness and commitment to change) and it is likely that the team will need regular checkin and feedback to maintain the flow. As a team you will need to consider how to maintain your flow, how to call each other out and how to bring each other back on track. This can be put in place across the team in the feedback and evaluation phase of the programme.
